Hyundai H1 2.5 Crdi D4CB engine replacement.
The Hyundai D4CB is a 4 Cylinder diesel turbo engine with common rail direct injection. The engine in this project suffered a few issues and the customer decided he wanted a new engine. In order to remove the engine in this RWD setup, the entire front end had to be pulled then engine with transmission mounted. We used a long block and reused the accessories from the old engine after each was thoroughly inspected. THe outcome was a very satisfied customers.
